Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free 1:1 flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 3/4 cups cane sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups oat milk
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. 1Stir the vinegar into the oat milk and let it curdle for 5 minutes.
  2. 2Whisk the flour, cocoa, sugar and baking soda together.
  3. 3Add the milk mixture, oil and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
  4. 4Bake in two 8 inch pans at 350F for 30-32 minutes.
