Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten free 1:1 flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups cane sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- 1Whisk all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 2Add the eggs, buttermilk and oil and mix until smooth.
- 3Stream in the hot coffee last. The batter will be very thin.
- 4Divide between two 8 inch pans and bake at 350F for 30-32 minutes.
- 5Cool completely and frost with chocolate buttercream.
