Ingredients
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- 1Mash the bananas and whisk in the eggs, maple syrup and yogurt.
- 2Add the oat flour, protein powder, baking soda and cinnamon and stir until just combined.
- 3Pour into a lined loaf pan.
- 4Bake at 350F for 48-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
