Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups gluten free 1:1 flour
- 1 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 large egg
- 4 tbsp ice water
- 3/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- 1Cut the cold butter into the flour until pea sized, then add the egg and ice water.
- 2Chill the dough 30 minutes, then roll and cut into rectangles.
- 3Add jam to half, top and crimp with a fork.
- 4Bake at 375F for 23-25 minutes, then glaze and add sprinkles once cool.
