  • 2 1/2 cups gluten free 1:1 flour
  • 1 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 tbsp ice water
  • 3/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the cold butter into the flour until pea sized, then add the egg and ice water.
  2. 2Chill the dough 30 minutes, then roll and cut into rectangles.
  3. 3Add jam to half, top and crimp with a fork.
  4. 4Bake at 375F for 23-25 minutes, then glaze and add sprinkles once cool.
