Ingredients

  • 1 batch gluten free pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Italian seasoning, to finish

Instructions

  1. 1Roll the dough thin and cut into 2 inch squares.
  2. 2Add a small spoon of sauce, cheese and pepperoni to half of the squares.
  3. 3Top with the remaining squares and crimp the edges firmly with a fork.
  4. 4Brush with egg, sprinkle with seasoning and bake at 400F for 16-18 minutes.

Freeze on a tray before bagging so they do not stick together.
