Ingredients
- 1 batch gluten free pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 1 egg, beaten
- Italian seasoning, to finish
Instructions
- 1Roll the dough thin and cut into 2 inch squares.
- 2Add a small spoon of sauce, cheese and pepperoni to half of the squares.
- 3Top with the remaining squares and crimp the edges firmly with a fork.
- 4Brush with egg, sprinkle with seasoning and bake at 400F for 16-18 minutes.
Notes
Freeze on a tray before bagging so they do not stick together.
