Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pizza sauce, mozzarella and basil, to top

Instructions

  1. 1Whisk the chickpea flour, water, oil, salt and garlic powder and let the batter rest 15 minutes.
  2. 2Heat a 10 inch oven safe skillet with olive oil at 425F.
  3. 3Pour in the batter and bake 15 minutes until the edges pull away.
  4. 4Top with sauce and cheese and bake another 8-10 minutes. Finish with basil.
