Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten free 1:1 flour
- 1 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 gluten free sandwich cookies, chopped
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1Cream the butter and sugars, then beat in the egg.
- 2Add the flour and baking soda and mix into a thick dough.
- 3Fold in the chopped sandwich cookies and white chocolate.
- 4Chill 30 minutes, then bake at 350F for 11-12 minutes.
