Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups gluten free 1:1 flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- 1Cream the butter and brown sugar until fluffy, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
- 2Add the flour, cocoa and baking soda and mix into a thick dough.
- 3Scoop and roll each ball generously in sprinkles.
- 4Bake at 350F for 10-11 minutes. They will look underdone in the center.
