Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups gluten free 1:1 flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. 1Cream the butter and brown sugar until fluffy, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
  2. 2Add the flour, cocoa and baking soda and mix into a thick dough.
  3. 3Scoop and roll each ball generously in sprinkles.
  4. 4Bake at 350F for 10-11 minutes. They will look underdone in the center.
