Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups gluten free 1:1 flour
- 1 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1Cream the butter and both sugars until light, then beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- 2Add the flour and baking soda and mix just until no streaks remain.
- 3Fold in the chocolate chips and chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- 4Scoop onto lined trays and bake at 350F for 11-12 minutes.
- 5Let them set on the tray for 5 minutes before moving.
