Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1Whisk the eggs, coconut sugar, oil and vanilla until glossy.
- 2Fold in the almond flour, cocoa and salt just until combined.
- 3Stir in most of the chocolate chips and spread into a lined 8x8 pan.
- 4Bake at 350F for 24-25 minutes and cool completely before slicing.
