Ingredients
- 3 cups gluten free 1:1 baking flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup cane sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup brown sugar + 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 4 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- 1Foam the yeast in the warm milk with the sugar for 10 minutes.
- 2Mix in the flour, egg and butter and knead into a soft dough. Rise 1 hour.
- 3Roll out, spread with butter and cinnamon sugar, roll up and cut into 12.
- 4Rise 30 minutes and bake at 350F for 26-28 minutes.
- 5Frost while warm with cream cheese frosting.

Warm milk, not hot. Anything over 110F kills the yeast.
