Ingredients

  • 3 cups gluten free 1:1 baking flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar + 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. 1Foam the yeast in the warm milk with the sugar for 10 minutes.
  2. 2Mix in the flour, egg and butter and knead into a soft dough. Rise 1 hour.
  3. 3Roll out, spread with butter and cinnamon sugar, roll up and cut into 12.
  4. 4Rise 30 minutes and bake at 350F for 26-28 minutes.
  5. 5Frost while warm with cream cheese frosting.

Warm milk, not hot. Anything over 110F kills the yeast.
