Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups gluten free 1:1 flour
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • Vanilla buttercream, to frost

Instructions

  1. 1Cream the butter and sugar, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
  2. 2Add the flour and baking powder and fold in the sprinkles.
  3. 3Scoop and slightly flatten onto lined trays.
  4. 4Bake at 350F for 9-10 minutes until the edges are just set, then cool and frost.
