Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 3/4 cups gluten free 1:1 flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1Cream the butter and brown sugar, then beat in the banana and egg.
  2. 2Add the flour, cinnamon and baking soda and mix until combined.
  3. 3Fold in the chocolate chips and chill 20 minutes.
  4. 4Bake at 350F for 11-12 minutes.
