Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 3/4 cups gluten free 1:1 flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1Cream the butter and brown sugar, then beat in the banana and egg.
- 2Add the flour, cinnamon and baking soda and mix until combined.
- 3Fold in the chocolate chips and chill 20 minutes.
- 4Bake at 350F for 11-12 minutes.
