  • 8 oz gluten free noodles
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp chili crisp
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Green onion and sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the noodles and reserve 1 cup of the cooking water.
  2. 2Whisk the peanut butter, tamari, vinegar, maple syrup, chili crisp and garlic together.
  3. 3Toss the hot noodles with the sauce, loosening with pasta water until glossy.
  4. 4Top with green onion and sesame seeds.
