Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup edamame
- 1 cucumber, sliced
Instructions
- 1Whisk the honey, sriracha, tamari and vinegar into a glaze.
- 2Brush half over the salmon and bake at 400F for 12-14 minutes.
- 3Broil for 2 minutes at the end for a caramelized top.
- 4Serve over rice with edamame and cucumber and the remaining glaze.
