Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- Sour cream
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- 1Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks.
- 2Add the taco seasoning and a splash of water and simmer 3 minutes.
- 3Layer rice and beef into bowls.
- 4Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream and a squeeze of lime.
