Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups gluten free bread flour blend
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1Combine the warm water, yeast and sugar and let it foam 10 minutes.
- 2Add the flour, oil and salt and mix into a soft, sticky dough.
- 3Cover and rise 45 minutes in a warm spot.
- 4Press onto an oiled pan with wet hands and par bake at 475F for 8 minutes.
- 5Top and bake another 7-8 minutes until bubbling.
