Ingredients
- 12 oz gluten free pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp gluten free flour
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups peas and carrots
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions
- 1Sear the diced chicken in butter until golden, then set aside.
- 2Whisk the flour into the pan drippings, then slowly add the broth and cream.
- 3Add the pasta and simmer 12-14 minutes until tender, stirring often.
- 4Stir the chicken, peas, carrots and thyme back in and simmer 3 more minutes.
