Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1Marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- 2Thread onto skewers and place on a lined sheet pan.
- 3Bake at 425F for 20-22 minutes, flipping once, until charred at the edges.
- 4Stir the yogurt with the squeezed grated cucumber, a little garlic and lemon for tzatziki.
