Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/3 cup tamari
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 4 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. 1Simmer the tamari, honey, vinegar, ginger and garlic, then whisk in the cornstarch slurry until thick.
  2. 2Arrange the salmon and broccoli on a sheet pan and brush the salmon with glaze.
  3. 3Bake at 400F for 13-15 minutes.
  4. 4Brush with the remaining glaze before serving.
