Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/3 cup tamari
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 4 cups broccoli florets
Instructions
- 1Simmer the tamari, honey, vinegar, ginger and garlic, then whisk in the cornstarch slurry until thick.
- 2Arrange the salmon and broccoli on a sheet pan and brush the salmon with glaze.
- 3Bake at 400F for 13-15 minutes.
- 4Brush with the remaining glaze before serving.
